We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Driver Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for driver, warehouse, and transportation-related positions while maintaining a strong and consistent talent pipeline. The idóneo candidate will have experience recruiting drivers and logistics personnel, excel at candidate sourcing and relationship building, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source qualified candidates for driver and warehouse positions using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct proactive headhunting efforts to identify and engage passive candidates when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
- Post, manage, and optimize job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess experience, qualifications,



availability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support hiring managers throughout the selection process and provide recruiting recommendations.

Candidate Experience & Communication
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates, feedback, and next steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates and talent communities.

Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs.
