What You'll Do

You’ll own the sales process from the initial inquiry through the final decision.

Responsibilities include:
- Respond to inbound sales calls and online inquiries
- Qualify homeowners and understand their needs
- Schedule service and diagnostic appointments
- Present repair estimates and service recommendations
- Follow up consistently until every customer reaches a decision
- Maintain detailed CRM notes
- Ensure every lead receives exceptional service and follow-up
