- Design, build, optimize, and maintain highly reliable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across various banking departments and application types.
- Act as the primary owner and administrator of the GitHub platform, ensuring governance, security, and operational best practices organization-wide.
- Build and standardize specialized pipelines tailored for .NET applications, streamlining the deployment process.
- Provision, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure using modern IaC practices to automate banking workloads.
- Take the reins of the current CI/CD infrastructure, bringing order to disparate pipeline types and acting as a mentor/guide for junior team members.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- Exceptional hands-on experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience in GitHub platform administration (managing permissions, security policies, runners, and enterprise features).
- Strong,



practical experience building pipelines specifically for .NET applications.
- Solid experience working with cloud providers, with a strong preference for Azure (or alternatively AWS).
