Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for all Tribal Police Department operations, including staff supervision, patrol and investigations, strategic planning, budgeting, grant management, and policy compliance. Build strong partnerships with Tribal, local, state, and federal agencies; represent the department at community and interagency meetings; promote community-oriented policing; and ensure ongoing staff development, professional standards, and accountability while a
