Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a BI Manager who will:

Responsibilities
- Define business requirements to build and maintain stable data architecture.
- Design, build, and deploy automated ETL processes and scripts (SQL/Python) to streamline data extraction, quality checks,



and reporting delivery.
- Extract datasets from multiple media platforms and assist with intake and QA of partner‑provided performance data.
- Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations across environments.
- Design, write, and execute robust test plans, test cases, and automated validation scripts to ensure zero‑defect reporting.
- Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation between visualization platforms (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau, etc.) and underlying raw data sources/warehouses.
- Perform data hygiene, mapping, and parsing; troubleshoot and implement fixes for data discrepancies.
- Ensure all data governance and taxonomy requirements are adhered to.
- Support project timelines and deliverable schedules, proactively communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain a adaptable, agile mindset to support different onshore agency teams
