The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Accounts Payable team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:





Enterprise Services Accounts Payable is seeking an Accounts Payable Customer Service Lead for our US hub Tier 1 team. This team will support all RTX and Corporate with accounts payable inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to both internal employees and third-party suppliers. The idóneo candidate will have expertise working on various accounts payable tools and systems.

What You Will Do
- Lead the Accounts Payable US Hub Tier 1 Customer Service team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the US Hub Tier 2 team to ensure end to end process flow.
- Partner with AP non US hubs to share best practices, lessons learned and process harmonization
- Research and respond to accounts payable inquiries, such as invoice status and other invoice related issues.
- Act as a key escalation point for the Tier 1 team
- Partner with the US hub Puerto Rico AP invoice processing team to drive invoice corrections and othe
