On behalf of BPW, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Account Associate

Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Relationship Management
- Make consistent outbound calls to assigned accounts, including active, dormant, and unqualified accounts
- Conduct discovery to understand each customer's fleet composition, purchasing patterns, and end market
- Follow up on all open quotes, abandoned carts, and inbound inquiries within defined service levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts on order, pricing, and availability questions

Account Strategy & Territory Management
- Segment your book by revenue potential and build a prioritized call plan
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on purchase history and product adjacencies
- Build account-specific growth plans for top-tier customers
- Track competitive pressure and pricing dynamics in your geography and report findings to BPW leadership

CRM Discipline & Data Hygiene
- Log every customer interaction in BPW's CRM with accurate notes, next steps, and follow-up dates
- Maintain clean, complete,



and current account records including contacts, addresses, and account status
- Correct bad data as you encounter it rather than working around it
- Use CRM reporting to manage your own pipeline and activity levels
- Adhere to BPW data handling, access, and confidentiality requirements at all times

Email & Communication Consistency
- Execute structured email follow-up sequences alongside phone outreach
- Write clear, professional, error-free customer communications using BPW-provided email
- Maintain consistent cadence so no account goes untouched beyond its assigned interval

Product & Market Learning
- Build working knowledge across a broad and growing catalog of parts and vendor lines
- Learn the operating realities of the end markets we serve, including fleets, service centers, municipalities, and dealers
- Stay current as new vendors, categories, and SKUs are added
