The role
Unlimit is growing across APAC,



and we are looking for a results-driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in the APAC region, particularly in recruiting sales and GTM roles.
What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and GTM roles across key APAC markets
- Source, screen, and manage pipelines of Mandarin-speaking candidates
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to find top talent across teams
- Conduct as many first-round interviews as needed to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different types of interview technics
- Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding in the region
- Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics.
