The Associate Journey

As an Associate, you’ll be at the center of this mission. Think of yourself as the bridge between brilliant clients and the industry experts who hold the keys to crucial insights.

Your journey begins with hands-on training in expert sourcing, cold calling, outreach, and negotiation. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be driving outreach efforts, making calls, sending emails, and engaging professionals across industries. Hitting daily and monthly KPIs will be a core part of your role.

This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be on the phone, in your inbox, and at the forefront of sourcing experts, making sure every client request is answered quickly and effectively.
