Compensation

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Support business development and sales through digital follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve commission targets.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.




- Experience in business development or sales is preferred.
- Self‑motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed commission goals.
- Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
