We are building a specialized Application Support Squad to act as the critical bridge between IT Operations and Software Engineering. The Role

As a Mid-Level Application Support Engineer, you are the "Right Hand" on the support desk and a key contributor to our engineering pipeline. You will handle complex technical escalations, analyze application logs, and collaborate directly with our Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to solve systemic issues. Beyond day-to-day operations,



you will actively participate in cross-functional engineering projects—including cloud-native migrations, containerization, and automation initiatives—helping us move towards a modern, highly reliable platform.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you won't just be answering emails. A typical day might involve using KQL to trace a 500-error through Azure Monitor, collaborating with a Laravel developer to identify a database bottleneck, deploying a hotfix via GitLab CI, and leading a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent the issue from happening again.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Assist: Provide technical assistance to users on complex software-related issues, troubleshooting application exceptions, and logic errors.
