Role Description
The Compliance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance frameworks that ensure GenesisFX Markets operates in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This full-time hybrid role is based in Medellín,



with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments related to trading and financial markets, conducting compliance risk assessments, and maintaining robust policies and procedures. The Compliance Manager will review and approve internal and client-facing documentation, perform internal audits, and oversee reporting to regulatory bodies as required. The role also involves training team members on compliance requirements, managing incident escalation and investigations, and collaborating with technology, operations, and risk teams to embed compliance controls into systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial markets regulation, particularly related to Forex, derivatives, and online trading platforms, and experience interpreting and applying these regulations in a business context.
