Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned roles, from requisition intake through to offer management and acceptance
- Expert in effective and proactive candidate sourcing strategy, identifying multiple channels to source high quality, diverse talent whilst enabling a strong candidate experience from end to end
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, hiring recommendations, and challenge where required
- Deliver diverse and inclusive shortlists in line with the client's Inclusion & Diversity commitments
- Partner with Talent Sourcing Specialists (where applicable) to develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage recruitment activity in line with agreed service levels, hiring plans, and workforce priorities
- Use recruiting data and insights to track performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement




- Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation, data privacy, and internal governance
- Actively contribute to team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives

Perfil buscado (h/m)
Experience & Capabilities Essential:
- Proven experience delivering in-house recruitment in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Specific experience hiring within the international market of LATAM or North America;
- Strong experience in delivering recruiting from a centralised hub into another, international location
- Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience championing inclusive hiring practices
- Confidence using an advanced Recruiting technology stack, including AI and automated technology systems and associated processes
- Proven talent assessment and judgement throug
