Job Summary

Red Rocks Community College seeks a Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management to provide forward-looking vision, leadership, and direction for the College’s strategic enrollment management efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the Dean will establish a clear vision, identify opportunities for sustainable enrollment growth, and lead the development and execution of coordinated strategies that serve the College’s distinct student populations and enrollment pathways.



These efforts will advance recruitment and onboarding, retention, completion, transfer, and career or workforce placement. Working across the College, the Dean uses enrollment data, forecasting, and assessment to establish priorities, guide decisions, and improve outcomes. The Dean leads and coordinates enrollment management activities, monitors progress toward enrollment and retention goals, and works with campus partners to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, registration, and student support practices. The Dean also provides strategic and operational leadership for assigned functions, setting clear priorities and ensuring that teams, resources, and services are aligned with institutional goals.
