Job Description:
Role Purpose:
The Associate Director (AD) manages daily workflow forthe team across specifiedaccount(sforprogrammatic buying,within the dentsu portfolio of agencies,including Carat,dentsuX, andiProspect.They oversee tactical development, campaign activation, pacing andoptimizations, and contribute to reporting.The AD is responsible for reviewing client deliverables to ensurequalityoutputs.
The AD is accountable for monitoring campaign performance and proactively ensuring optimization andthatanyneeded course-correctionsare implemented to deliver against campaign goals. They provide oversight of QA and operational best practices, while providing continuous training and mentorship to direct reports. The ADassiststheUSAActivation Leadswith managing timelines and priorities to ensure high-quality,on-time deliverables.Beyond day-to-day team deliverables, theyfosterknowledge-sharing andsupportthe Activation Leadswith central tasks and are key tocultivatinga culture of teamwork and collaboration.

- Ensure the team adheres to defined processes for campaign management across programmatic channels,with extra oversight onhands-on-keys activation work
- Effectively manage and communicate withdirect reports,managing expectations, timelines,and priorities
- Ability to delegate and foster accountability within junior level team
