Ce que vous ferez
- Delivers implementation of new payment platform initiatives by documenting business requirements, maintaining workback schedules, and coordinating stakeholder readiness.
- Administers day-to-day portal operations by managing approvals, inquiries, and escalations to meet defined service and turnaround expectations.
- Coordinates system upgrades and change requests by prioritizing demand, aligning timelines, and facilitating delivery with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
- Validates transaction processing inputs and operational outputs by monitoring exceptions and coordinating troubleshooting to restore stable processing.




- Prepares client‑facing materials and operational documentation to enable consistent program execution and stakeholder understanding of platform requirements.
- Produces recurring operational reporting and contributes to business reviews by summarizing volumes, trends, and open items requiring action.
- Completes required adverse event documentation and escalations in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
2+ years of experience in billing and invoicing, contract documentation, or a related field required.
Skills and Knowledge
Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certification preferred.
