Epic Inpatient Orders & ASAP Analyst

Location: Medellin, Colombia

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) - No Work From Home / No Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Epic Inpatient Orders & ASAP Analyst to join our healthcare IT team.



The idóneo candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP modules. The candidate will collaborate with emergency department clinicians, physicians, nurses, pharmacy, and technical teams to streamline inpatient order management and emergency care workflows while ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP applications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements from emergency department, inpatient, and clinical stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy application enhancements and system changes.
- Configure and support inpatient order entry, computerized provider order entry (CPOE), emergency department workflows, order sets, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
