About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable business insights. The adecuado candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and executive teams.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python and SQL.
- Create visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.




- Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Support operational, workforce, and financial analytics initiatives.
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.

Requisitos
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
- Advanced Python for data analysis and automation.
- Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and data modeling.
- Experience with statistical analysis, APIs, and data integrations.
- Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
