We are looking for a Bilingual Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bogotá. Our adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, creative, highly organized, and passionate about delivering engaging email marketing campaigns.

What we need from you:
- 1-2 years of experience in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both in-person and remote.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- Basic understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance metrics.




- Experience managing email databases and maintaining list hygiene to ensure data integrity and high deliverability.
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail in design, layout, grammar, links, formatting, and campaign quality assurance.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate directly with the Email Marketing Manager and Account Service team to build and launch client email campaigns using Tambourine's proprietary drag-and-drop email builder.
- Design and prepare email graphics and image assets, including simple animated GIFs, while maintaining each client's brand standards.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy, subject lines, and preview text designed to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
- Maintain clean, accurate client email databases by utilizing list-scrubbing tools to support deliverability, sender reputation, and data integrity.
