Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager / Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of software product initiatives across multiple client projects.
In this role, you will work directly with the Product Lead, helping translate business needs into actionable work for engineering teams while coordinating priorities, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful product delivery. This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining product management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced software environment.
Responsibilities




- Support the planning and execution of software product initiatives across multiple client accounts.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs while supporting project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Track project progress, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, blockers, and action items, proactively driving follow-up and resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate product roadmap activities, releases, and launch readiness while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Prepare clear status updates and communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders, escalating blocker
