Technology Consultant

Our Technology Consultant is responsible to deliver digital projects and capabilities developed from our General organization into our region (Latin America). These projects/capabilities are aligned to the business strategic priorities and are the driver to keep adidas in the digital edge of the sportswear industry.

We need someone with a background in delivering IT/Tech or digital projects with experience delivering projects from an end-to-end perspective. Cross-functional abilities are demanded to execute these types of implementations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements, problems and identifies options for consideration.
- Contributes to selection of the business analysis methods, tools, and techniques for projects, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
- Requirements definition and management.
- Facilitates input from stakeholders,



provides constructive challenge and enables effective execution of requirements.
- Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.
- Investigates, manages, and applies authorized requests for changes to baseline requirements, in line with change management policy.
- The candidate proves she/he has been involved in an end-to-end integration project.

Key Relationships

The scope of this position is at a Latin America level therefore, it would have high intensity interactions with our global, regional, and country teams.
