Digital Operations Manager (E-commerce & Marketplace Operations)
Are you passionate about driving operational excellence across digital commerce channels? We're looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support regional e-commerce and marketplace operations across Latin America. In this role, you'll leverage operational data to improve business performance, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure an outstanding digital customer experience while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
We're looking for a business-oriented professional who uses data to improve operations, influence stakeholders, and successfully execute strategic projects.
You will:
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs across e-commerce and marketplace channels to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, order fulfillment, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Customer Service, IT, Analytics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing,



and Sales teams.
- Coordinate operational activities with marketplace partners and third-party vendors across Latin America.
- Support marketplace operations by ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve operational performance.
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new marketplace partners and digital initiatives.
- Review and analyze operational reports and dashboards to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Challenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
- Influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.

You have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Operations, E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, Digital Comm
