What You'll Do
As an OLT & ODN Engineer, you will support the implementation, testing, validation, and technical support of telecommunications solutions while working alongside experienced technical teams and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support testing, deployment, and validation of telecommunications solutions.
- Participate in product implementation and technical support activities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Perform laboratory and on-site technical activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications, fiber optic networks, broadband access technologies, or IP networking.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting principles.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Fluent Spanish.
- Availability to travel frequently within LATAM.
- Strong analytical skills, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn quickly.
