Job Summary
We are looking for an EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare IT team.



The adecuado candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the EpicCare Ambulatory module. This role involves collaborating with physicians, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and cross‑functional technical teams to improve outpatient clinical workflows and deliver high‑quality patient care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the EpicCare Ambulatory application.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements from ambulatory care stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy EpicCare Ambulatory enhancements and system changes.
- Support outpatient clinical workflows, provider documentation, patient encounters, order management, and clinical decision support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
