Job Description

Position Summary

The position will be part of the Bogotá Capability Center organization.



The Supervisor (or Payroll Lead) role should have strong HR or Finance operation experience focused on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of Payroll and/or Time Management operations. The Sr. Supervisor - Services oversees Level 2 payroll support and master data integrity. You’ll manage payroll-related inquiries and cases (wage details, claims, employment verification, reports, missing payments, one-time payments, etc.), drive master data audits and corrections, validate NA payroll interfaces, and provide stakeholder reporting. You’ll lead issue resolution, partner with business units, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery. This role will also be responsible for review, validation and analysis of results and reports.
