Epic Willow Inpatient & Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient & Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The idóneo candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory modules. The role involves working closely with pharmacy, clinical, and technical teams to enhance medication management workflows and ensure the successful delivery of Epic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory applications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, clinicians, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Willow enhancements and system changes.
- Support medication ordering, verification, dispensing, medication administration, and pharmacy workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives,



and enhancement projects.
- Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain system documentation, build specifications, workflow diagrams, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with clinical and pharmacy modules.
- Ensure all configurations comply with Epic best practices, healthcare regulations, and organizational governance standards
