We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. This role is responsible for building relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure carrier capacity for shipments
- Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining profitability goals
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers
- Coordinate shipment pickups, deliveries, and appointments
- Monitor load tracking and ensure updates are accurate
- Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Verify carrier documentation and confirm rate agreements
- Assist with issue resolution, recoveries, and shipment delays
- Support daily operational and customer service needs

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in carrier sales positions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
