Your Mission: Deliver Excellence in the Skies.
- Ensuring passenger safety—this includes checking safety equipment, preparing for emergency landings, and evacuating the aircraft when necessary.
- Welcoming passengers with warmth—assisting them with their seats and attending to their needs throughout the flight.




- Providing food and beverages while keeping the cabin clean, organized, and inviting.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude—handling complex situations calmly and effectively, always with a smile.

What You Need to Take Off in This Role.
- Active Cabin Crew License (TCP) with A320 Series qualification—you must have exercised the privileges of your license without a period of inactivity exceeding 180 days as of the application date.
- Valid Medical Certificate issued by medical centers authorized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Colombia.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Valid passport, identity document, and Swimming Certificate, as well as valid EPS health insurance.
- At least 1 year of experience in service, customer service, and/or sales.
- Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in addition to your Cabin Crew training—this is a plus.
