looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in Medellín and support our growth across the Brazilian market. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy, partner with managers across the region, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Your Missions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles supporting the Brazilian scope, from intake meetings to offer follow-up.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment priorities, and align on candidate profiles.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct approach strategies.
- Conduct qualification meetings to assess candidates' experience, motivations, language level, and alignment with the role.
- Coordinate recruitment steps with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across Brazil.




- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns for the Brazilian market.
- Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.

Your Profile
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment reporting.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- English and Portuguese fluent. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate management across multicultural environments.
- Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously with organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and managers.
