We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support and optimize operations across our U.S.-based personal injury law firm with a integral team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong legal background, hands‑on personal injury experience, and advanced knowledge of Filevine, who also brings a tech‑minded and automation‑focused mindset.
This person will help improve workflows, support legal teams, build scalable processes, contribute to AI and automation initiatives, and strengthen operational excellence across pre‑litigation and related legal support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Operations & Workflow Improvement
- Ensure tasks, records, and case activity are properly documented and traceable in Filevine
- Filevine Administration & Process Support
- Support and improve personal injury workflows from intake through pre‑litigation and litigation support
- Build, document, and optimize legal processes, SOPs, and internal playbook
