We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives with a strong background in outbound sales and exceptional communication skills. This is a fully onsite position supporting U.S. clients, requiring a high level of professionalism and a C1 English level.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Pitch products and services effectively to generate new business.
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline and follow up consistently with leads.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report activity and performance.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales.
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, EST hours.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic, team-oriented work environment supporting U.S. operations.
