Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent; understanding of First-Party Insurance Litigation is required




- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and workflow management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks with accuracy
