We're looking for a Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations within a growing international organization. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across a multi-entity environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance leader with expertise in financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and team leadership who enjoys partnering with executives to support business growth and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulations.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee tax compliance and relationships with entities such as DIAN and UGPP.
- Lead budgeting, treasury, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
- Supervise accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Invoicing.
- Partner with U.S. stakeholders and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.




- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced English (B2+ required).

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or stakeholders.
