- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, or related data management initiatives.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise Data Governance frameworks and industry best practices (DAMA DMBOK preferred).
- Experience defining and implementing Data Governance operating models, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data structures, including:
- Business Partners
- Customers
- Material Master
- Organizational Structures
- Experience designing and supporting Data Migration Strategies, migration objects, and data readiness activities.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and data migration processes.
- Strong knowledge of Data Quality Management, including validation rules, data controls, reconciliation processes, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Catalogs.
- Experience using one or more Data Governance and MDM platforms, including:
- SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG)
