We're Hiring: Amazon PPC Specialist & Brand Manager

At Move2Play, we design and sell toys that get kids away from their screens and having fun. We sell on Amazon USA/CA/UK & Walmart. We’re a team of 11 that is growing quickly.

We're looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist with a strong understanding of Amazon Brand Management. The idóneo candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and understands that successful advertising goes beyond campaign optimization. They know how pricing, promotions, listing quality, and customer behavior influence advertising performance and overall brand growth.

Amazon PPC Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and overall advertising profitability
- Launch, test, and scale PPC campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Develop advertising strategies that support overall business goals

Amazon Brand Management Responsibilities




- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness
- Create and manage promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, and other Amazon promotional campaigns
- Optimize product listings to improve conversion rates, including titles, bullet points and Brand Store
- Analyze customer behavior, buying trends, and search intent to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and optimize key PPC performance metrics, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impression share, and total attributed sales
- Identify opportunities to increase average order value, improve profitability, and grow market share
- Collaborate on inventory planning and product launch strategies
- Continuously evaluate competitors and market trends to refine the brand's strategy

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Experience growing Amazon brands through pricing, promotions, and listing
