Position Summary
We're seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our Influencer Marketing in building, managing, and scaling Shameless Snacks' high-performance creator program. This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing seat focused on results, not vanity metrics — and built for someone who wants to grow.




Reporting directly to our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be the operational right hand of the program. You won't be setting strategy on day one — you'll be making the program faster, cleaner, and more scalable by owning the day-to-day execution that keeps a busy creator roster running on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will help own the creator pipeline alongside your manager — supporting outreach and negotiation, drafting briefs, coordinating shipments and tracking links, scheduling posts, processing payments, and pulling weekly performance numbers. As you build operational reps, your scope grows: by month 6, you'll be running execution for 30-50 active creators with light oversight; by month 12, you'll be sourcing your own creator candidates and leading smaller commission-only negotiations.
