Aceolution is looking for an experienced
Operations Head
to lead business operations and administrative functions for our Medellín office. If you have a strong background in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee daily business operations and administrative activities for the Medellín office.

✔ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

✔ Manage operational workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

✔ Lead and coordinate teams to achieve business goals and performance targets.

✔ Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and prepare performance reports.

✔ Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

✔ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

✔ Manage office administration,



facilities, vendors, and operational requirements.

✔ Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and team development.

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

✔ Drive employee engagement initiatives and support business growth.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.

✅ 8+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, or administration.

✅ Proven experience leading teams and managing operational functions.

✅ Strong understanding of process improvement and operational excellence.

✅ Experience managing KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools.
