Our Client Meta's Business Education team (BizEd / Meta Blueprint) empowers growth through digital education — delivering training on the latest in Meta marketing innovations, from products and best practices to certification, for customers and partners. We're looking for a Trainer to lead high-quality learning experiences for enrolled audiences in the America's market.

Responsibilities
- Training Delivery & Management:
- Deliver virtual and in-person training on Meta advertising and digital marketing solutions.
- Deliver training across formats — live online sessions, recording/presenter for eLearning courses, and on-stage delivery at offline activation events.
- Take on special projects as needed, including travel to America's Region to run in-person training.
- Act as training coach for other TTT trainers at reseller/partner side.

Knowledge & Content Management:
- Maintain a strong, up-to-date understanding of Meta advertising solutions and serve as a reliable training & product knowledge resource.



Keep training materials consistent and aligned with broader Meta Blueprint goals and initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date & Maintenance of Meta Certifications Portfolio (content will be provided)
- Translations - QA and manage translations as needed
- Strong self-agency: Manage your own workstream end-to-end — running projects independently, setting your own pace, and proactively seeking leadership input at key checkpoints.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong presentation and training-delivery skills; experience in hosting, client-facing sales, or other public-facing roles is valued.
- Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, which significantly lowers the onboarding curve.
- Strong self-drive and the ability to self-manage projects — recognizing when you're blocked, managing up and down, and knowing when leadership input is needed, without relying on daily task assignment.
- Fluent in Spanish; English at a bas
