World Kinect is seeking a highly skilled Lead, IT Software Developer IV to drive technical excellence and innovation within our aviation flight planning domain. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on solving complex engineering challenges, developing business-critical solutions, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the technical direction of our products.

What You’ll Do

Build and Deliver Business-Critical Solutions
- Design, develop, and implement complex,



high-impact features and systems from architecture through production deployment.
- Own technical solutions end-to-end using Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
- Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to evaluate new approaches and technologies.
