Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mastery of a wide range of assembly operations such as operating machinery, packaging products, building products and soldering.
- Learning advanced skills such as product rework, machine maintenance, and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Relies on experience to solve problems and build different products.
- Meets the quality and productivity standards of the department.
- Applies knowledge to teach others and improve processes.
- Demonstrates initiative and desire to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
- Be aware of safety issues within assigned area.

Required Qualifications
- Assembly experience and/or skills required.
- Work within established safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to work within minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of department's production business system.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
- Negative drug test result(s).
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Sit and/or stand at least 8 hours.
- Vision correctable to 20/30 or better.
