Role Overview
This is a purely operational role focused on execution, accuracy, and clear communication-no sales or cold calling required. You will coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to track shipments, process essential documentation, and resolve operational roadblocks in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor active freight shipments in real time to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries across US time zones.
- Generate, verify, and audit critical freight documentation, including Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
