Position Summary

As an
Intake Specialist
, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, creating a positive and welcoming experience from the very first interaction. You will gather essential case information, schedule consultations, maintain accurate records, and ensure every potential client receives timely, professional,



and empathetic service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
- Conduct client intake by gathering and documenting accurate case information.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys and legal staff.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the intake process.
- Enter and maintain accurate information within the firm's CRM and case management systems.
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
- Explain the firm's intake process and general procedures professionally and clearly.
