THE ROLE

Cadre's VPs of AI Strategy are closers. Their job is new logos: front-end
strategy, prospect engagement, and moving deals to signed business, not managing
the delivery that happens after the ink dries. What they cannot scale is
themselves. Every scheduling conflict, every open follow-up, every prospect
touch that needs chasing pulls them out of the room with a prospect and into the
operational weeds of their own pipeline. Your job is to close that gap. You sit
second chair to a VP of AI Strategy, owning the pipeline coordination, admin,
and follow-through behind their deals so they can spend their time selling, not
managing their own calendar.
Day to day, you will manage the moving pieces behind every active prospect
relationship:



tracking where each deal stands, following up on open commitments,
keeping meetings scheduled and prepped, and making sure no prospect or next step
falls through the cracks between one conversation and the next. You will join
prospect and client calls alongside your VP, own the follow-through after them,
and become the person your VP trusts to keep their pipeline moving while they
focus on closing.
You will report directly to the VP of AI Strategy you support, working in close
daily partnership, and coordinate with Cadre's broader Sales and RevOps
functions to keep your VP's pipeline aligned with how the rest of the business
tracks and closes new revenue.
