Your Role

The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for the end‑to‑end hiring process for all tracks assigned to him or her and to their team, ensuring the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements per agreed hiring process and turnaround time.



The wide range of activities include, but are not limited to: placing job ads, making call‑outs, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, client communication, placement, and more. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments/units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Recruitment Operations
- End‑to‑End Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to job offer generation and contract creation.
- Candidate Screening: Filter applicants to ensure alignment with role credentials, and regularly endorse top talent to hiring managers.
- Process Facilitation: Conduct manager calibrations, client‑specific testing, and manage the hand‑off process for new hires to HR and Operations.
