Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor plays a central role in delivering high‑quality, compliant, and efficient Talent Acquisition services for North America, operating from GBS Americas in Bogota. This position partners closely with Senior Recruiters in North America, who manage interviews, hiring‑manager engagement, intake discussions, and overall process performance. Your responsibility is to ensure that every step leading up to that point – sourcing support, candidate pipeline quality, offer preparation, compliance checks, and pre‑employment accuracy – is executed with precision and consistency.



Acting as the recruitment process specialist within GBS, you will maintain the integrity of the offer and pre‑employment workflows, safeguard legal and contractual compliance, and serve as the keeper of standardized operating procedures for the region. This role is critical in guaranteeing a seamless handoff between GBS and North America, ensuring both candidate and hiring‑manager experience meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence – The Advisor supports Senior Recruiters in North America by conducting market research, competitor mapping, and sourcing channel analysis across these markets. You help strengthen the top of the funnel by ensuring candidate pipelines are relevant, diverse, and aligned with role requirements before they reach the interview stage.
