Description
From traditional marketing communications to industry trade shows to social media posts, the Marketing Strategist plays a vital role in helping Franklin Electric and our family of brands develop and deliver a cohesive and meaningful message to all of our customers and stakeholders wherever they may be. In this mid-level marketing role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Solutions and Digital Marketing teams to analyze our unique market segments and customers and translate this knowledge into actionable communications across a variety of media and social channels. Under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll ensure our marketing strategy translates seamlessly across mediums. You’ll also provide the essential link to gather input from experts across our company – collaborating frequently with our product development, customer support and sales teams to further develop, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of our strategy and our overall communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities




- Evaluates marketing campaign performance, calculates a marketing effort’s overall return on investment, and uses this knowledge to make recommendations for the future.
- Owns the strategy and plan for segment-specific customer experiences, including managing relevant campaigns and related marketing efforts.
- Leads projects across various internal departments to ensure development of consistent and accurate messaging to meet promotional and customer needs.
- Develops and implements innovative and strategic measures for the development of new product materials and marketing promotions.
- Drives critical trade show activities, including pre-show preparation, booth staff selection and scheduling, attendee invitations, lead management, and post-show reporting.
