Job Description

Sutherland is seeking an Integration Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering technical integrations and enterprise software deployments for customer environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, customer interaction skills, and experience working across multiple systems and technologies. The idóneo candidate will collaborate closely with customers, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable integration solutions and ensure successful customer implementations.

The Integration Engineer performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
- Build integrations between enterprise applications, databases, external platforms, and data sources using APIs, ETL processes, scripting languages, and integration technologies.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, define technical solutions, and support implementation activities.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation,



and integration activities to ensure accurate and reliable data flows across systems.
- Design, configure, and implement customer-facing functionality including workflows, forms, reports, and process automation components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support troubleshooting activities related to integrations, data quality, system connectivity, and deployment issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including integration specifications, deployment guides, workflows, and implementation artifacts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize integration processes, tools, and implementation methodologies.
- Partner with other technical teams to share best practices, knowledge, and implementation standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations
