About the Role Fusion CX is looking for a Junior Systems Technician / IT Support to join our IT team. This entry‑level role is designed for candidates starting their career in technical support who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment. You will provide Level 1 support to end users,



assist with basic technical issues, and support daily IT operations under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to end users (on‑site and remote).
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software issues.
- Support the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems.
- Assist with the setup and support of computer peripherals (printers, monitors, keyboards, etc.).
- Support basic network connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, LAN, cabling).
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on computer equipment.
- Register and follow up on support tickets.
- Escalate incidents that require advanced technical support.
- Support day‑to‑day IT tasks as assigned.
