As a Jr AR Accountant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for entering third-party ACH payments, coordinating intercompany communications on refunds and discrepancies, and completing weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial integrity across properties.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 years' relevant experience
- Experience in high volume payments
- Team-focused performance within the Accounts Receivable team and ownership while working cross-functionally




- Time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines

Your Daily Tasks
- Enter ACH payments for third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com and more
- Take note of discrepancies and inaccuracies in the system to share with internal team members
- Complete weekly and monthly reconciliations for each property to ensure there are no discrepancies
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned
