POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to join our team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to support our business operations and enhance customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to align with business processes.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.




- Experience with CRM integration and data migration projects.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Proficiency in customizing and configuring CRM systems.
